We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry.
If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for handling returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags and invoice.
  • The jewelry should be in the same condition as received β€” without scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).

Note: We do not accept returns for customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry, including special designs made to order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or promotional products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at rajivjain2062@gmail.com or call us at +91 98685 15052 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and pickup details.

The customer is responsible for safely packing the jewelry for return.
Damaged or tampered products will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Please note that shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
