1. Service Coverage
We currently deliver to all major cities and regions within India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
International delivery is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within India, depending on your location and courier service.
- Remote areas or villages may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- Maha Laxmi Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free standard shipping on most jewelry orders within India.
- For certain premium or low-value orders, a small shipping or handling fee may apply (shown during checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include additional service charges as per courier policy.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the shipment’s progress.
- You can track the order directly through the courier partner’s website or tracking link shared.
6. Packaging & Handling
Every jewelry piece is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure safety during transit.
We also use discreet packaging for high-value items to maintain confidentiality and security.
7. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please provide an accurate delivery address, including landmark and contact details.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- In case of undelivered or returned parcels, we’ll contact you for re-shipment arrangements (additional charges may apply).
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing items:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at rajivjain2062@gmail.com with clear photos/videos.
- We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
9. Ownership and Risk
Once the order is handed over to the courier company, ownership and risk pass to the customer.
However, we’ll always assist you in resolving any courier-related issues until your jewelry safely reaches you.
